SUMMARY:Insights into the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Germany
DESCRIPTION:Join us on 13 September at 6pm  for an evening at the Houses of Parliament with Dr Philippa Whitford SNP and Stephen Hammond MP. Dr Whitford will be introducing the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Germany. This will be followed by a Q&A and a social get-together at the Munich Cricket Club\, a bierkeller in the heart of Westminster (drinks and food not included). \nDr Philippa Whitford is the Scottish National Party MP for Central Ayrshire\, and has been a MP continuously since 7 May 2015. She currently undertakes the role of Shadow SNP Spokesperson (Scotland) and chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Germany. \nOur host this evening\, Stephen Hammond MP\, was elected in 2005 as the Member of Parliament for Wimbledon and was re-elected as the Member of Parliament for Wimbledon in 2010\, 2015\, 2017 and 2019. He served as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport (2012-14) and a Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care (2018-19). \nBooking for this event is now closed.
