A Rilke Evening

Save the Date!

On 2 December 2026, BGA members are invited to an evening to celebrate the centenary of the death of Rainer Maria Rilke (1875–1926), one of the 20th century’s most influential poets. The event will be hosted in the Austrian Ambassador’s Residence in conjunction with the Austrian Cultural Forum and will include contributions by Prof. Charlie Louth and readings from Rilke’s poems.
